Clean condo, upgraded shower, all the amenities (Kerig coffee pods, spices& cooking utensils), and just steps from the beach. Taco Tuesday at the onsite cantina was excellent, and the staff are so sweet. Property manager is very responsive and friendly. Definitely will be returning next summer! “Our Executive team has to come to Charlotte for work from time to time and this neighborhood is beautiful and safe! Lots of places to walk, great coffee houses, and the apartment is super comfortable and the beds are amazing! You have everything you need! Great place to be near downtown! “Overall, my family and I had a fantastic stay. The suite was spacious, but as another reviewer pointed out, it is more of a studio-style layout where the sleeping area is not separated from the living area and kitchenette. Additionally, communication within VRBO was rendered useless despite the fast reply time as I was redirected to the front desk for most of my questions and concerns. We would definitely book again and have already recommended it to others.”

“The property is in a quiet area. Zero issues with neighbors or noise. The property itself I would call average condition. I expect a little more in the kitchen department when renting a place like this. The unit did not have one bowl. Not a cereal bowl, mixing bowl, or any other type of bowl and I cook so that's important. Overall, I would stay here again but would just be more prepared.”
