Absolutely loved the quaint atmosphere. The private bathroom was clean. Joy at the front desk was superb. Friendly and very helpful with my request. Sadly we left before breakfast. Did not get a shampoo. Small mistake. Great night.

We loved this Inn. They have several buildings and they are gorgeous. Think Victorian era but modern. They gave us a voucher for breakfast to the Bird in Hand bakery and the food was delicious. We were in walking distance to several cute shops and markets.

My wife and I have been visiting Amish Country for over 15 years - no every year but more than half the time. This was our first time at BIH Village Inn & Suites. The public area and our room were very clean, well organized with the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly, helpful, patient and understanding. Unfortunately for me, the passing car/truck noise at night made it harder for me to fall back to sleep if I woke up because the Inn is in front of Old Philadelphia Pike.
