“Rooms were clean but they had a damp smell. Pool looked awful. Not sure it was open. Breakfast was pitiful. Coffee was weak, no fruit only one type of danish and no yogurt.”

“The staff were extremely nice but that's where it ends. With a 3 night stay, not once was our room cleaned or beds made. They changed out the towels and nothing else. Counters were not even wiped down. Website never said the pool was being redone and you could not use it. Beds were very uncomfortable and you roll to the center.”

“It was a cut and dry stop, but the Non-Smoking room had a musty smoke smell as if it was at one point a smoking room. We aired out the room and slept fine but it took a bit to get used to the smell.”

“Needed a little get-away not too far from home. This little cottage is perfect in so many ways. It's in a quiet, private neighborhood. Parking is convenient with circular drive. Don't skip the history of the area and home in the welcome notebook. We fell in love with the Crab Orchard Stone on the house. Ended up going to a stone yard and getting some scrap pieces for our garden at home! The cabin has everything you need for a couple of days. Very comfy common area with big TV, nice views out the……
