“Lovely room and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was ok but could be better”

“I had a great stay at this hotel for the night. Very clean, comfortable beds. Clean shower. Could connect to the TV to watch the likes of YouTube or watch normal channels. Room service, although I didn't use this. A lovely restaurant with lovely food..and the staff were fantastic. Even checked me in an hour early. Thank you so much for a lovely stay and I highly recommend booking.”

“The room was clean but a few issues I found brown marks on the door frame of the bathroom maybe make up ? Also on the table there was stain drink cup marking and the shower glass has all marks on it there was cobwebs around lamps and bedside lampshades was dusty dirty and marked and one lamp didn’t work. The staff was lovely very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely shame there was no tomato’s and only fault was the orange juice was warm. And staff was a bit slow at putting new fruit and……

“Helpful staff but evening meal disappointing”

“One night stay. Very friendly staff. Lovely village location with nice view of the Wye valley hillsides. Very reasonable pub standard evening meal, breakfast was spot on. The room was clean and comfortable with all the bits you would expect, kettle with tea and coffee, a nice bottle of sparkling water, TV, good quality soap and shower gel etc. Great value for a very reasonable price. Add in that they served a well kept pint of Tribute Ale.”

“Lovely clean rooms set in a lovely hotel with beautiful surroundings. Carpark had plenty of space. The pub/restaurant was fantastic. One of the best steaks I’ve had. I was impressed by the wine list as it had plenty of choice of fantastic wines. Only downside was they stopped serving drinks at 10pm. Much too early to shut shop after you’ve been in the restaurant all evening. Other than that, we were satisfied.”

“We had a wonderful time at the Old Church Farm. The grounds are very green and peaceful. Very comfortable beds and great hosts! A gem in the area. Do not skip on the breakfast! a fantastic experience”
