"From check in to check out, our stay was perfect. The staff are above and beyond attentive, the facilities first class and the rooms perfection. We took the upgrade to a harbour view room which didn’t disappoint. The rooms are spacious, comfortable with the most comfy beds. The bathroom was practical and clean with a wet room as well as bath. Breakfast was wonderful with so much choice and again the staff couldn’t have been more lovely and efficient. Also used the pool and gym - fantastic facilities. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff even allowing us to freshen up in the gym facilities post checkout due to a late flight. The location in TST is so handy for everything. A visit to the hotel Sky bar is a must. I cannot recommend the Sheraton and its team highly enough. I cannot wait to visit again. Thank you to you all!"

"A fantastic place to stay in the heart of Mong Kok. My wife and I enjoyed the 40th floor room view. The pool, club lounge, pool and spa areas were all top notch.will stay again when in Hong Kong"

"excellent value with my harbour view room on 24th floor, watching activity on the famous Victoria Harbour and those lighted buildings at night while I was enjoying my cup of coffee in my room. However, the shower was a bit of tidy. The friendly housekeeping lady cleaned my room well daily. I had excellent food at restaurant on 5th floor. the waiter, Peter, was excellent, attentive service and very friendly."

"My go to hotel the day before flying out of Hong Kong. Frequent shuttle coach to and from HKG which is literally a six minute journey. Also regular free coach shuttle to Tung Chung. The rooms are compact but ideal for solo travellers and couples. Air con is excellent. The gym is also well equipped and surprisingly large. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again the next time I return to HK"
