"What I like: Staff are very friendly and helpful. My family and I can’t speak Spanish and some of them are bilingual so it helps a lot. They have free face painting and cotton candy for the kids. Have small convenient market, bar in the pool. Great views from the villa. Very safe location. Food and service are Excellent. Dislike: we requested to turn on the patio heater while we were dining out but it took forever to arrive. There was one working but they put it to different table with the othe family."

"All in all this is the best 4 star hotel in Tijuana and certainly for the price. The rooms are quiet and spacious, the check-in always good. Good location in the Zona Rio for restaurants. Rooms are nice and quiet with a good view. The lounge for breakfast is on the 32nd floor and has a great view of TJ- you can even see the USA."
