I received an invitation welcoming us to early check-in as we were 2 hours early; we were then told by the hotel that there would be an additional fee for that. The traveler should not be invited to check in if that will not be honored, not nice.

My only complaint is that you charge for parking almost every other hotel casino I have ever been to provides free parking seems like your Nickel and dime people would have thought New York New York was better than that

The good:The hotel has many options to eat, drink and relax, room was spacious and comfortable. Very safe and walkable to everywhere. Employees are helpful and courteous. Check in/out was a breeze. The bad: My view was practically inexistent. My window faced the air conditioner units from the building. The pool is soooo small that gets crowded fast therefore the fee was paid for nothing. At night you can hear the people laughting and talking outside your door.
