The only small thing was the size of the balcony. It can not accommodate 2 people who are of a bigger/ wider body frame.

There is major construction adjacent to the property. All the regular walkways to the strip were blocked. This causes guests of Polo Towers to walk an insane distance in the 112* desert heat to reach the strip, dining, or a casino. I have stayed here numerous times, and it was not like this. I will be back once construction is complete, not a minute before.

The hotel itself was fine, but the construction arpund hotel makes it awful to get arpund. Almost a mile befoee you are on the strip.

Great potential for this property, Rooms dated and n ed cleaned! Carpets need cleaning along with cabinets need cleaned along with tile floors. Traffic atrocious and Valet staff impressive!

I will never visit this property again. I will take my business from Hilton and go to Marriott. There is no way that the Marriott will treat me the way that I was treated when me and my mother was at the polo towers for her birthday . Due to the circumstances of the cyber attack Friday with Microsoft, all flights were delayed or canceled from days no compassion for visitors I will be reaching out to the general manager manager on duty was very disrespectful and unhelpful, very disappointed in polo Towers This is unacceptable from management on down to the cleaning service.

stay was pretty average. room was clean, nothing special. i was pretty upset about the parking situation. they only have valet available, but did not let guests know that valet is very limited and can possibly get full. i would’ve stayed anywhere else if i knew i had to walk 10-20 minutes to a neighboring parking structure in 115 degree heat with the sun beating down on you. spent a lot more on parking as anticipated as we had to keep paying whenever we wanted to leave/come back to the room.
