Decided to stay here for our anniversary. We were excited, because we thought it would be a sexy hotel to stay at. We were quite disappointed. There are no amenities. Room was very small. The bathroom was big, but there was no tub. Only a shower. Very dimly lit, despite 3 lamps. The only window faced a wall and a trash filled alley. The decor was cool, but old. The floor in our room had areas that were soft and sunk in. Room service food was good, but very limited. The room, we could deal with. The worst part was the noise. This place is Extremely noisy. You can hear conversations of other guests in the hall as clear as if they were in our room with us. The true killer was the nightclub on the 11 floor. Our room was located on the 8th floor and the music was so loud that we couldn’t have a conversation without talking loud ourselves. Forget about sleeping, unless you’re drunk. The bass from the club rattled the walls of our room making it impossible to get comfortable. We let the front desk know that the noise was too much and all they said was “yes, it’s like that on the weekend”. Didn’t even try to accommodate us. We decided to check out after only a few hours. The check in staff member, Ivy, was very nice and helpful at least. We’ve stayed at many hotels on the strip and this was the worst. For the price we paid, we definitely expected better. We feel like we were scammed. This hotel was a total waste of our money and made for a very disappointing anniversary.
