I liked this hotel but it could use some improvements. I loved that it’s a smaller boutique hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I found the room a fair size and I like the decor but it wasn’t super clean and I saw dirt and dust on the floor and the baseboards. My feet were filthy after I walked around the room for awhile (after I got out of the shower).

Eat Well on website said open at 7 we went down, not open. Called hotel desk she said they are supposed to open at 7 but sometimes no one shows up so they don’t open. Went to Ceasars.

The noise due to all the nearby construction made it hard to sleep, since it started around 7:00 or 7:30 in the morning. In a sense this isn't their fault, except all the walls (interior and exterior) were clearly very thin, and did not prevent any noise from outside (or rowdy/drunk people in the hall). There were several things in the room that needed attention: a broken door hinge on the closet that prevented the use of one of the drawers, a broken shower caddy that made it unusable, and several instances of missing paint or wall damage. The lighting in the room was significantly underwhelming; there were many dark sections that couldn't be adequately lit (including the closet are). The light switches in the bathroom made no sense: the switch in the toilet area lit up the sink, and the switch in the sink area lit up the shower.
