“The property was as described and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the shade provided by the under house area. Very nice perk having a refrigerator there. The neighborhood was quiet and the yard offered privacy. The kitchen was very well supplied. The house overall was very comfortable. The only thing we could have asked for is a toilet downstairs for pool days. The walk to the beach is pretty long in the heat of summer. ”

“It was our first time on Fripp Island. Salt & Light was exactly as pictured and listed. I even saved some pictures of the furniture and decor on a Pinterest board. The view over the marsh was a stunning sunset every night. Definitely want to rent a golf cart and the trip to the beach was a snap. Comfortable house for our family of 5. We had a wonderful stay!”

“We vacation with our adult children (group of 7). There was plenty of room to gather for dinner together and to play cards and board games. With 4 bedrooms 4.5 baths and loft area we all had our own space as well. The pool was just a few steps away and the walk to get on the beach was about 10 minutes. The access through Islander's Park was just out the back gate. The park had bathrooms. There was plenty of space on the beach. We had a few minor things come up that our host was quick...

“Very nice two-bedroom house (one floor) in a quiet area that is only a five-minute golf cart trip from the beach or a 10-minute walk. Clean, comfortable with a small shaded back yard near the golf course. It's perfect for two couples or momdad plus kids. ”

Location to pool, club house, fitness center and dog park was perfect. Owner reached out to make we made it safe and to let us know he's available if needed. Golf course was very nice. Overall a great stay. I'm ready to go back!”
