La habitación muy agradable, con su pequeño balcón, vista a las alturas de Guatape. Es un lugar super tranquilo y bien fresco ! Los dos jacuzzis están bien limpio, en el rooftop. El trato del personal es excelente. Particularmente Garzon que me hizo sentir como en casa con muchas atenciones. Y para transporte al pueblo , un Tuktuk llega en 5 minutos!

The listing on expedia is incorrect. It says there are free shuttles to the airport on a schedule. There are no free shuttles they have to call for transportation. It did not cost much but that should be corrected. Also better signage when you arrive . I got there in the dark and had trouble figuring out where reception was. The breakfast was delicious best one i had in three weeks in Colombia! Room was lovely but the shower floor could be dangerous as it’s slippery when wet. A bathmat would help!

Lovely location

From the first day, our experience was disappointing. We asked to join a guided hike but were told there wasn't one because the receptionist was also serving as the guide that day. Later, around 4:00 p.m., we went to the central area and discovered that a hike was actually scheduled to leave at 4:30 p.m. However, it didn't depart until 5:30 p.m., which meant we had to rush up steep, challenging terrain to make it back before dark. It felt unsafe and poorly organized. On both nights, mosquitoes were buzzing around our room, making it difficult to sleep. The hotel did not provide any mosquito spray, repellent, or even an environmentally friendly solution to address the problem. The restaurant service was good, and we enjoyed the food. However, there is very little to do at the hotel itself. To participate in most activities, you have to drive several kilometers along a very rough road just to reach the highway. Overall, while the food and restaurant staff were a positive aspect of our stay, the poor organization, lack of basic amenities, and limited on-site activities made for a disappointing experience. We would not recommend this hotel.
