“have nice breakfast”

“We rented four rooms, and one had cockroaches. The front desk staff member lacked training at checkout (they didn't know how to print the receipts). The breakfast attendant was excellent, but the ingredients were low-budget. This is the first time I’ve written a negative review for a hotel, especially given the high price. It has a good location, but—like its neighbors—the hotel is in need of renovation.”

“The hotel was very clean, the front desk almost always had a clerk with a smile ready to help in any way. The breakfast area was clean. There was a very nice assortment of hot and cold options that were kept full and clean. The room was clean and the bathroom was stocked with lots of towels and toiletries. And, the neighborhood was safe, and with two nice restaurants within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again if ever back in this area.”

“NA”

“The lady that checked us in was friendly, but that was about it. The hallways were terrible with dirt and trash everywhere. We stayed for 2 days and nobody bothered to clean the hallway. The room was ok, but only 2 lights worked. The breakfast was the worst I ever had in a hotel. There was nothing to really drink, but coffee. The biscuit and gravy was the worst and the sausage looked like it was boiled in hot water then served. Honestly I am not sure how this hotel stays functioning.”
