“Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Air worked well and was not loud. The breakfast was okay, not all that impressed. The staff did a great job of keeping the breakfast area clean. All in all we would stay here again when we return. Thank you”

“After traveling all day we got to the Hillcrest only to find out they did not have all of our rooms. They tried to get us to share the room they had. No phone call to let us know ahead of time. No help in finding us another room. Their thought was that I reserved 4 rooms and they only had 3, that I should still take the 3 rooms because I reserved them. We ended up at going back north to a hotel we passed 30 miles before. Very unhappy that Expedia would even list this property.”

“Over paid waiting till the last minute, but that’s my fault. Not worth the $400 I paid! Dated rooms, funky smoky smell. Non smoking rooms smell, can’t get around that when smoking allowed in hotel. The steak house was excellent though.”

“This place is like a diamond in the rough! Marsha is fantastic! There when you need her with a simple call. Beautiful OH riverfront, the town is just simple & Fun, they are friendly & welcoming. Had a great visit. The room is simple but homey & comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when down south!”
