“Because there is really only someone on-site for a few hours a day, it can be a nightmare checking in if they haven't gotten around to setting up your reservation. They depend on a lockbox and giving you an envelope with your key card. They say that you can call a phone number for help but actually that number is only available after about 8 PM or so, which makes it quite difficult to get any help if no one is there. “Overall the rooms are quite as shown in the pictures, ok kitchen, bathroom & closet bed. The unsafeness of area, issues with door code and having to sleep with earbuds lowers my grade. Easy to walk to city center and ok public transport as well coming near the location. It was positive to have an ac machine that cools the room, but since it was not integrated, made lot of noise and was put to window so you can't close it, it made sleeping without earplugs impossible due to constant noise coming……

“hôtel immense, proche de l'axe routier, décor artificiel, impersonnel, ambiance particulière vu la population (tout le monde sait), personnel n’est pas désagréable mais on ne ressent aucune chaleur humaine, et même le soir, et le matin, l’accueil était assuré par des agents de sécurité : tout est dit ! Cela convient pour une nuit sans attente, mais clairement pas pour se sentir “comme chez soi”.”
