“The place looked nothing like the pictures on line. As soon as we walked in the apartment it had a smell of natural gas. The place was dark and just out right depressing especially to spend the Christmas holidays. We left with on a hour of arrival and found a hotel. I have requested a refund even willing to take half, the owner has not responded as of Dec 27 are check out day.”

“The property was okay. But, around the next block was the red light district. Also the sink in the bathroom was plugged the whole time we were there. It was in an excellent location near downtown,and close to the lake .”

“The place is extremely run down & was not very detailed clean (lots of dirt behind the furniture or around the table lamps for example). Feels like an old person lived here originally & then moved out but the family decided to convert it to a VRBO w/out getting rid of anything nor updating anything. The couch is way too soft w/no support in the cushions. The bed & pillows are extra firm. So both my husband & I had a lot of body pain from the couch, bed & pillows. The kitchen has minimal supplies……
