“We had a great time. Good location for Annecy and local supermarkets. Would recommend a day trip to Mont Blanc. Lovely welcome and send off from Joël. Amazing swimming pool and real value for money. It was really hot in Annecy during our stay but there are shutters and fans provided that helped lots. Would highly recommend especially for families. ”

“The villa is ideally located near all road accesses to Geneva, Annecy and Mont-Blanc. The view from the villa over the Aravis chain on the one side and Geneva on the other side is really enjoyable. We were only 3 but the villa could accommodate up to 6 persons without any problem. The villa is fully equipped and has a very good internet connection with WiFi in all rooms. The kitchen is very functional. Bathroom are ok however during our stay we have had to wait a few minutes before having hot...

“Das Haus war echt super. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, das Haus hatte eine tolle Ausstattung, das habe ich selten gesehen. Es war alles da was man hätte gebrauchen können und noch mehr! Der Gastgeber ist super lieb und hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet, so dass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. 10 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt ist ein Lebensmittel Laden mit allem was man möchte. Eine super Lage, von den Nachbarn hat man auch kaum was gesehen also ist man echt unter sich gewesen es war alles...

“We had a wonderful two weeks in this home, enjoying the spectacular views of the mountains and Lac d’Annecy below. The home itself and the hosts are lovely, wonderful for kids and having meals with our friends, swimming, walks in the adjacent forest, playing table tennis and badminton, reading books on the terrace, etc. But the area is incredible as well - Annecy itself as well as day trips to hike in Chamonix; visits to family in Geneva, walks in Semnoz, visits to Les Gorges du Fier, cycling...

“Maison très grande, bien équipée, agréable et bien organisée pour une famille de 5 personnes. Bien exposée avec vue sur les montagnes et sur une petite partie du lac depuis la chambre à l'étage. Voisinage calme, piscine sympa, et accès facile au centre ville en 15 mn par un bus gratuit. Propriétaires agréables et serviables. A recommander.”

“Excellent location! Well stocked. Communication was smooth and easy. A very large home and a beautiful neighborhood. Very quiet! Only five minutes walk to mall and 10 minutes Walk to Lake. Highly recommend!”

Grandiosa ubicación solo que no hay como llegar caminando porque no hay caminos peatonales pero tienen transporte cada 10 minutos del aeropuerto y al hotel y visceversa! Así que puedes trasladarte al aeropuerto y de ahí tomar el sistema público para moverte al centro de Ginebra "
