"The hotel was very attractive and the rooms were well appointed, however we had several issues.
First, the TV and phone on the room did not work. We had to walk down to the desk to let them know. The manager was unable to get either system working again.
Second, there was no soap, shampoo, or cups in the room. We had to go down to the desk again (still no phone) to get some."
"Easy transfer to and from airport. Although in an industrial area, there is a Mall and street with lots of restaurants just a 25 minute walk away. Large room and very quiet considering the location. Nice showers, towels (including facecloths), and comfortable bed. Early flight so did not have breakfast."

Room wat too small for that price, a regular size person can’t fit into the bathroom with out hitting your legs and elbows"

"Good experience - good customer service from check in through to checkout. Room well positioned, quiet, comfortable bed. Enjoyed a drink in the sky bar. Breakfast extensive and good quality. Few minutes walk to tram stop taking you into centre."
