"The room was good the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom door was very noisy and the staff tried everything to fix it to no avail so we ended up propping it open with a chair. They fixed the toilet seat and sprayed the bathroom to try and get rid of smoke smell. We would stay again."
"The room was clean but, I didn't like it much.
The shower is right in the room, no privacy at all if someone else is in the room.
The shuttle was good, no complaints about it.
I do think the room was overpriced though.
And the room was small."
"Overall location was ok, tram next door and right into downtown Amsterdam in 20 minutes. Hotel staff were excellent. Didn’t do the breakfast but it seemed typical and nice. The room was clean but the twin beds were too soft for me and I would feel like I was rolling off the edges. The pillows had blocks of foam instead of a solid pillow so I just couldn’t get comfortable. There is a light under the front step near the door that stays on all night unless you take your key card out but then you can’t charge your stuff overnight. The floor gets really wet in the bathroom because the half glass shower divider isn’t big enough. These were annoying enough that I wouldn’t stay there again but everyone else seemed happy 😊 "
