“Great amazing size property ”

“A good location and check in is easy - collecting the key from a local hotel. The description is a little misleading. The house has 3 bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed. All rooms have en-suite bathroom which is fab. The sofa bed is comfortable and is a double. Nice airy kitchen/dining room. Would recommend. ”

“The property was as described, great location and check in was good. We appreciated the complimentary cookies but would have preferred some kitchen roll and , more importantly, a spare loo roll; there was a half roll when we arrived but no spare. Luckily I had tissues with me but it was a little inconvenient. The main problem was that despite it being in the middle of a heat wave the back bedroom window was locked with no key available and the water heater was in the same room so it was even……

“The lodge was clean, well equipped we cooked every night. WiFi was strong we managed to watch things through our Amazon stick. Staff were helpful, and on hand If we needed anything. The only slight issue was the hot tub, it took a long time to get to temperature and needed monitoring so when we went out we couldn’t then go in the hot tub for a few hours when we got back. It probably didn’t help it was so cold at the time of year we visited.”

“place was clean and tidy and direct access to the beach was a definite plus and short walk to the shops and pub. Beach was lovely and so much sand. It was a shame that the weather was not on our side and that Mondays are a day that a lot of places are closed but the Ship provided an excellent take away service as my husband put his back out on day two ”
