“Nice little place to stay. Yard was beautiful and the hot tub was a nice bonus. Wish we had had the time to enjoy the barbecue. Neighborhood had lots of little places to eat..especially if you like Mexican and Thai food. First time with a vacation rental and it was a great experience.”

“The property was clean and is a good size for 2-4 people. It has a decent size yard as well. The location that it’s at is no more than 30 minutes away from popular locations (SeaWorld, Old Town, Harborview). You also have local vendors close by if you need anything. If any issues occur you are able to communicate with the host Leon and your issues will get taken care of as soon as possible, with great communication as well. ”

“This place is in an ideal location. Close to major freeways that can get you anywhere in San Diego County in 30 minutes or less. One suggestion I would make is a ceiling fan would make a big difference and cut down on the use of the AC unit by circulating the air. ”
