Close to good restaurants.

The hotel has a beautiful facade and decore, but we were disappointed with our overall stay. First, it is NOT accurate to say this hotel has a hot tub. It has a lukewarm to cool “hot tub” at best. The water is the exact same temperature as the pool. Also, there were no pool towels. When I requested pool towels the front desk, they never brought any down. In our room, the ceiling paint was chipping and peeling. The sheets did not fit the mattress, creating an uncomfortable nights rest, and housekeeping did not clean our bathroom or leave any clean towels. This issue was corrected with a call to the front desk. Disappointed in the service and amenities for the price. Make sure you pack ear plugs if you do stay, as the nightlife is very loud.

Fui con mi esposo a enseñar le lo bonito que es guanajuato y llegamos al hotel la paz esta en muy buena zona todo serca los empleados muy amables el.servicio en si todo excelente ya desidimos que cada vez que vayamos este sera nuestro hotel asi que nos veremos pronto gracias por todo.
