"As always the cabin was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Secluded and the only noise heard was the song birds. The hot tub was perfect and the fire pit was great when it was too rainy for the hot tub. See you again in the fall."

The cottage is an outbuilding on the Bloomingdale Farm property that is surround by working farms. The view from the porch is peaceful and relaxing with the Blue Ridge off in the distance. "House was comfortable for everyone! Very clean with nice linens and towels. Kitchen had all that we needed. Great location with several good restaurants and shops near by. We were there for UVA graduation so it was a bit out of the way, but the drive back and forth was so lovely with all the farms to look at. Hosts were so easy to communicate with too. There are two flights of stairs with all bedrooms upstairs. I Would stay there again any time in Orange!"

"The accommodations were kept very clean and about a 1-2 min walk to The Inn at Little Washington. The town is very small so there are few places to stay outside of the Inn which can be very expensive. This place was a great alternative. Additionally, Oxana was an excellent host who met us as we arrived and gave us loads of information about the town. She was also exceptional with communication leading up to our arrival."

"My husband and I brought our newborn for his first trip away from home, and we picked the perfect home for it! It was very clean and quiet, and it was helpful to have access to a laundry machine. We were close by to Shenandoah and went on a few hikes and tried some great restaurants in the area. We look forward to coming back soon!"

"Myla is very nice and she keeps a beautiful garden. My only complaints are I was only given one bath towel and there wasn’t any extra to be found in the unit. I didn’t want to go upstairs to ask as it was very late when I discovered it. Also, the temperature was a bit cold for me and I didn’t see a thermostat. However, I’d stay again and just make sure I requested another towel and come with warmer clothing. Her house is very close to my best friend’s, and I visit a couple times a year."

"The property was great. A quiet removal from the hustle and bustle of Charlottesville, but close enough to serve as a basecamp. The property mgmt was very easily reachable and made the trip a breeze."

"We had the pleasure of staying in the cottage the first weekend in October while we were part of the Graves Mountain Apple Festival. The cottage was situated on a lovely property surrounded by trees. Every amenity was well thought out - from toiletry items, plenty of paper products and towels, coffee and tea, even breakfast!! "Very nice well appointed home. We came in for a nearby family wedding and it was a great place to stay. Try to arrive during the day though as it is a little hard to find at night. But well worth opening and closing a gate or two. Fantastic view. Great space."

"A great House plenty of room for 4 to 8 guest, a god Pet property. Bedrooms are comfortable, but no TVs in bedrooms , fireplaces are excellent and the the hot a welcome treat, The negative issues are the Dishwasher isn’t settled properly and causes leaks, the oven needs a deep cleaning, we heated Pizza and Smoked us out, we got most of our house info by email with Management and Bradley was very prompt with our requests. "We rented this house for a hiking vacation. It was a beautiful house just minutes from Old Rag and other hiking trails in the Shenandoahs. The National Park entrance was about a 20 minute drive. Nice deck overlooking farmlands and hills. Well appointed rooms, well-equipped kitchen. The host was really nice and helpful. Hope to be back there soon."
