“Location is so good! It only take around 10 mins to go Old Town by foot.However, the facility inside the room is worn. The shower door couldn’t close properly. And the bathroom light was flashing. The room is clean but will be glad if daily cleaning service can be provided. Room is suspicious with basic equipments. And the room’s sound proof is soso. You can hear people’s voice from other room easily.”

“Nice staying in a comfortable and clean room with all the necessary staff and a wonderful view!”

“Spotless comfortable and well equipped apartment. Though it is worth noting that Apartment 7 is towards the top of the building and, as there is no lift, may be difficult to access for those with mobility issues. However, if you are ok with a few flights of stairs you would be unlikely to find better accommodation in the Old Town.”

“This was the cutest place I've stayed at in all of Poland. It has a great location in the square, very tidy and cute, private and we truly enjoyed our time there. It has a nice grocery store downstairs (a real one not a Zapka) and close to everything. It was a pleasure to stay there and hopefully we will stay there again next summer.”

“Pros: with air-con, washing machine, microwave & hob. Round the corner from the main station (5 mins), walkable to old town (10 mins), tram stations are 5 mins walk. A 24-hour Carrifour Express nearby. Cons: Top floor without any side window, ceiling is very low and hit our head, space is very limited due to the irregular ceiling, totally different from the pics shown (like half size only). Didn't know it's located on the top when booking this room, spent all energy to move up the 2 big……

“Excellent location, super nice reception staff, onsite parking, clean and cozy apartment with well equipped kitchen. The best thing is the pool in the basement. We rushed back to hotel every night amd enjoyed our time there.”

“The room was clean and comfortable and looked great. The kitchen had a lot of dishes and utensils, and having dish soap to clean dishes was useful. It is located in a great part of Krakow that was close to the center with a grocery store very close by. My only complaint was some issues surrounding checking in and communicating with management.”
