“酒店並不是在舊城區的公園裡，網頁顯示的地址只是接待處。從接待處走路去酒店需要8分鐘左右。酒店在二樓，沒有升降機，也沒有酒店職員幫忙搬行李。酒店正門沒有上鎖，也沒有管理員。那條街道晚上很靜，感覺回酒店很危險。而且酒店的樓梯是透過自動感應開關的，我住了四晚，有兩晚都感應不到我們，突然燈都全關上了。令我們在全黑環境下用鎖匙開房門，感覺危險。房內只靠兩條鎖匙鎖門，沒有配備安全鎖房間上睡床的樓梯很直，只有一邊有扶手，不適合小孩和老人入住。”

“Location is so good! It only take around 10 mins to go Old Town by foot.However, the facility inside the room is worn. The shower door couldn’t close properly. And the bathroom light was flashing. The room is clean but will be glad if daily cleaning service can be provided. Room is suspicious with basic equipments. And the room’s sound proof is soso. You can hear people’s voice from other room easily.”

“I would highly recommend this place! Stunning views (ask for the park facing if you could) and incredibly convenient. Just downstairs to the apartment - Michelin Bib Gourmand Restaurants (super reasonably priced) and plenty of cafes. Check in was easy and the access code keys were convenient. Apartment itself was spacious and had a nice working kitchen to suit our needs. Defo will be coming back here if visiting krakow again!”

“Pros: with air-con, washing machine, microwave & hob. Round the corner from the main station (5 mins), walkable to old town (10 mins), tram stations are 5 mins walk. A 24-hour Carrifour Express nearby. Cons: Top floor without any side window, ceiling is very low and hit our head, space is very limited due to the irregular ceiling, totally different from the pics shown (like half size only). Didn't know it's located on the top when booking this room, spent all energy to move up the 2 big……

“What an amazing experience! You cannot find a better location. Everyone was so nice and they allow us to check in earlier and leave our luggage in their office our last day. The apartment was clean and beautifully furnished. We were worried about the noise since the pierogi festival was being held, but the rooms are so well insulated we couldn't hear anything! We will definitely be back again.”

“Property was very close to the square and its sights. With easy access to the train stations to get to and from the airport and other places of interest. We had the room for 3 nights for four adults. It’ was a lot smaller than I expected especially for four adults. Two of us booked another room nearby for two of the nights in order to get more space and enjoy the break more. It was very hot with one small fan available for the whole apartment.
