I’ve stayed at many places and this place offers the most amount of amenities, from cleaning supplies to coffee to odd and end things like sunburn care. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. It is located on the back side of their home, but my privacy was maintained. The landscape around the pool and home offer plenty of privacy. Replies to my messages were quick. ...

“We really enjoyed our cute cottage with our friends. Perfect location and the golf cart was so convenient to have, it really made our trip more fun! Anthony was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly for any questions we had. Kitchen was fully stocked and so were the bathrooms. Very clean and the beds were comfy. The only thing we would suggest would be having a curtain hang between the area where the washer/dryer is next to the bedroom so the sunlight doesn't wake you up. Cedar Key...

“The owner of the property met us as soon as we pulled up to show us a better parking spot, introduce us to his adorable well behaved dogs " Blue was my favorite" and to get us familiar with what the property had to offer. Beautiful little ranch. With two beautiful horses. Our cottage was very quaint and spotless with Roku TV and Netflix which was nice. “The location was excellent, the lake serene and relaxing. The cottage pictures were probably taken a while ago, but still reflect a comfortable place to get away from busy schedules and demands of city life. We tried fishing from the dock, unsuccessfully. Didn’t use the kayaks and canoe available because there isn’t a ramp or launching pad, though there is the one a mile away, if you can strap the kayak to your car’s roof. ”

“This property is all that it advertises. We could not be more happy with our choice to stay. The house and property are quiet and relaxing. We loved hanging out on the dock during the day and evening. We enjoyed kayaking and exploring north and south of this river front cabin. ”

“The cottage was very nice and clean! It appeared larger than the pictures. The fenced yard was great for pup! Kitchen adequately stocked, no crockpot, but we knew that before going. No issues with a 24’ boat out back, as long as you have lines & fenders. Needed to launch and park trailer else where. Close to the spring! Mike was quick to respond with communication. Great food at the Freezer and Margarita Grill. The Ice cream Barr was amazing. We had a fun time! Thank you!! ”
