"The Avenue Inn and Spa feels like a plush, luxury hotel without the luxury hotel price. The rooms and common areas were the cleanest of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The available selections for breakfast were almost overwhelming and everything I tried was well cooked and delicious. The pool area was clean and well kept. The service was fantastic - everyone who worked there was so nice and helpful. I’ll definitely be a repeat visitor. "

"I really liked the two story jr, townhome suite. Fully equipped with every kitchen convenience. Let me suggest better coffee and coffeemakers, and teabags in each room. Or at a minimum, complimentary coffee for paying guests at the in-house restaurant. Both my husband and I thought the walk- out balconies would have been better at the lower level, with Juliet balconies in the bedroom. Something to consider if you ever do a refresh of the townhome suites. These are just nuggets for thought; we really enjoyed our accommodations, and will most definitely be checking availability for our next Cape May vacation."
