As you enter the front door you are greeted by fresh paint, newer luxury vinyl plank flooring and brand new furniture throughout. Just about everything inside this lovely, 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is brand new. The living room is comfy, fresh and inviting with a 65” flat screen TV and an electric fireplace that warms up quickly on a cool evening. You will discover games, a puzzle or two and even some coloring/activity books and crayons for the kids. There are huge sliders to the 3-season porch, with floor to ceiling windows all around. This beautiful room also features brand new luxury vinyl plank flooring, gorgeous views of mature trees, 2 seating areas and a dining area. Perfect for hanging out, cocktail hour or even breakfast. Open the windows, turn the ceiling fans on and let the fresh air blow through on a nice evening.

The dining room also features sliders to the wrap around porch, dining for 6 and a super cute bar, stocked with several types of barware, a shaker and strainer, shot glasses and even a mermaid ready to help open your bottled beverages. The well-equipped kitchen boasts a new refrigerator, newer cabinetry and tile flooring. You will find an air fryer/toaster oven and a coffee maker with single cup or whole pot brewing options. The owner has thought of everything from crab picking tools to toddler dinnerware and utensils.

On one side of the unit is the primary bedroom, complete with sliders that open to the wrap around porch, a dressing area that doubles as a private “work from home” space with a desk and pull out keyboard. A comfy king-sized bed awaits after a day of fun in the sun with a 55” flat screen TV to enjoy the late night news or lazy mornings. The ensuite bathroom has double sinks and a tub shower combination. There is a large closet complete with a brand new Delta Folding, Portable Mini crib (sheets supplied) and a portable high chair for the little ones.

On the other side of the unit, behind closed doors, are 2 additional bedrooms, each with brand new, 48” flat screen TV’s, new furniture and comfy beds. One bedroom has a king sized bed and sliders to a small porch, complete with a bistro set to sit and enjoy a chat or your morning coffee.

Just 4 miles to Lewes Beach, and a short drive to the outlets, grocery stores, water park, mini golf, movie theatre and so so many restaurants. Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk are less than 6 miles away and the super convenient DART transit center is 1.5 miles away. Park and ride right to the boardwalk, beach and night life in Rehoboth for only a few dollars. Owner has beach chairs and a cooler for your use.

The fitness center at the Plantations may be accessed with a fee to be paid to the club as needed.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival required to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
