Upon our arrival we noticed how unkept the lobby was and when we went to use the bathroom, there was a very bad odor in there. I went to make a hot tea since it was offered and the water was at room temperature and there was no tea bags. There was no elevator so my 83 year old Mom had to use the stairs. I have never been in a hotel that did not have an elevator. This should be noted upon booking so that everyone knows this. Our room was not cleaned very well and would not rate this as a 3.9 hotel, more like a 3 if that. There was stains everywhere, the carpet, on the chairs, the linen on my bed, and on the headboards. We only got two towels and we were four people, so in the very early morning, two of us had to use the hand towels . Very disappointed with this expereince and we will not be staying at a Best Western again. We did not get what we paid for.

Hotel was dirty and dumpy. Looked like hallways hadn’t been vacuumed in at least couple of weeks. Garbage outside everywhere. Hot tub had a green tint and odd smell, couldn’t even go into the pool/hot tub area on our 2nd day cause the door was locked (deadbolt was locked), after asking the front desk lady why it was locked she said she didn’t know. Seemed like she was too lazy and too distracted by her phone to even get up from her chair to check if she had the key. Bathroom was disgusting. I’ve traveled a lot and stayed in a lot of motels and hotels and this was the nastiest. Will never stay here again.

There was hair in the tub, we had to be switched rooms super late because the hot water didn’t work, a huge crack in the tub I’m pretty upset that I spent around 100 dollars and got that

Pool was maybe 40 degrees, when checking in asked if pool was working and was told it was. Hot tub was extremely dirty. Mouse running around of the first floor. No light bulbs in the fixtures in the room, garbage around the property. Room was fairly clean, other than a musty smell.

The pool is really nice and there is a hot tub. There were no towels in pool area. The room wasn’t vacuumed. The rooms are very outdated.
