Our comforter was dirty, the breakfast option was cold/powdered eggs, tv remote didn’t work. Definitely didn’t meet my expectation. But it’s in a nice area and the staff was nice

Property was good. My only complaint was that the staff was unresponsive. I called the front desk and nobody answered, then when we called the next day to request extra washcloth and towel, we never received it.

The entire reason when choose this hotel was for the pool access and of course we were not notified that the pool was broken and unavailable Staff was short and eude when i askes why we weren't told ahead so we could get another room

Hotel is conveniently located close to the I75 highway. The room was well laid out and clean but unfortunately the toilet did leak. The shower had very little pressure and the shower door design allowed water to spill out on the floor. We were also shocked by the cost of having a pet which was $75 per night.

The only issue with this property is the way most rooms are set up. There is a door allowing access to the next room. (Only if you book it tho) which was our case, the people in the next room were so loud and it was at 230am, it woke us and we had to call down a couple of times - finally front desk went up and they went to bed. Keep this in mind when booking. It can be very disturbing.

Check in was wonderful. Ladies were fabulous. Room very clean. Middle of the night toilet would not flush. Each time me or my husband used it he had to open the tank and flush it manually! Now let’s get to breakfast…. You had ONE person handling check out & breakfast area. It was awful! Food area ways not stocked and very dirty. No tables were cleaned as people left. But here was the BEST part…..huge hotel - tons of guests and you had a cheap ass 2 slice toaster from the Dollar Tree that did not work….finally another guest explained how to “jerry rig” it to work! I could have run across the street & got one that worked better. The poor gal couldn’t manage both areas. What happen to an industrial toaster? I stay at Hyatt Place based in their cleanliness & breakfast And we now have many friends that have relocated there and we’ll be making frequent visits - but staying at this hotel will not be in our list. Shame on your management team firallowing this to happen. Trust me I was not the only unhappy guest - but most people just accept what is….. When checking out the gal didn’t even ask how our stay was! With ALL the hotel options in that immediate area our choices were plentiful & we chose Hyatt….never again! You have my contact info on file and I expect some sort of answer for this awful experience

Everything was great until I went to bed. The room on the 6th was apparently under the massive air conditioning unit. The noise went on all night. It sounds like a helicopter land on the roof. I couldn’t sleep.

I liked that it was in a good area for shopping and dining. I have to say I was a bit disappointed at the overall experience at the Hyatt. Not my usual experience. No towels available for the pool, the hallway on the fifth floor where we stayed was 78 degrees. Smelled musky, not very welcoming to the room. The breakfast wasn’t very good either , the scrambled eggs were sitting in a pan of water. Just not what you would expect from the Hyatt. 😞
