"I loved this hotel! I’m just discovering it year 3 of my son’s schooling. The people are wonderful. It feels like a family taking care of you. I booked a 2 bedroom but only needed one. They suggested I switch since they had a suite available. It was the most beautiful bridal suite from the original party of the hotel. It was huge! It was stepping back into time and so tasteful and classy. The pictures I’m including with the sitting area, giant bathroom and fairytale bedroom. They offer a complementary glass of wine and free breakfast 6-9am but that was a little early. I’ll be back! "
"The beds were clean, linens crisp and comfortable. Shirri at the checkout desk was the most lovely and considerate associate I have ever encountered at any hotel in my lifetime!"
"The water feature was not in operation. The staff was kind the bed was comfortable. The room was clean and so were most of the common areas but the pool needed a little upkeep. There were cigerett"

"Room was spotless, pool was open and clean. The hot continental breakfast was actually really solid.
The biscuits and gravy paired with bacon, eggs and sausage was my go to while my daughter was a pancake and cinnabon monster.
Thr tv channels would go out every few hours, one day it was out the entire day but it wasnt that big of a deal. The wifi wouls cut out evey few hours as well...not sure if they have a connection issue but it would be nice if they uograded their internet equipment.
There were a few times I went to the front desk to ask a question but nobody was there. I waited in the lobby for a few minutes but still nobody. It was kinda slow during my stay so maybe the front desk agents were working in the office preparing for the day/evening.
Overall it was nearly a perfect stay and I will definitely use this hotel in the future. "

"Karen Moore at the front desk is amazing. We arrived late night after a long day of traveling and moving my son into his dorm. She is the perfect extortion what exceptional customer service looks like. She offered water, cookies and asked us if we needed anything else to have a great stay. Congratulations on having her be the first point of contact for customers."
"This is the third time we've stayed here. It's the halfway point on our way to visit our son and family. It is always quiet and simple, but clean at a good price. Keep up the good work, and we'll see you next time!"
