"My parents enjoyed the place thoroughly. The room was nice and clean, and the service was great. We booked the panaroma view room and the balcony was nice. It has a washing machine too. We would definitely stay here again if we come to visit again. "

"Not the best expert: I arrived without local WiFi but taxi drivers didn’t know where to locate this place. They called the number I gave to them and there wasn’t anyone answering. I had to find a local hotel to stay. When I later asked for refund, they said they kept the room and refused the refund. Overall, pretty terrible."

"Stayed at the hotel for a bit more than a week. Looks very nice aesthetically. Very nice and flexible cleaning staff...that's where the good parts end honestly. Checking in was difficult, the people at the front couldn't find my reservation and were skeptical that I actually booked rooms. There were bugs and mosquitoes in my room, and I always woke up with bug bites. While checking out, the front desk said I was good to go. "The staff are incredibly friendly, approachable, and accommodating. The variety of food and local options are substantial. Free electric vehicles available to zip around. Wonderful hiking options and a view to come back to. One thing I would recommend against is letting someone else do your personal laundry. My clothes came back damp and I don't think they used laundry detergent. Otherwise, this is a stop I plan to make again annually!"
