“Clerk at check in was a grump. First automatic entry do was in a state of needing repair. Odd front desk location, no line of sight to greet guests. Requested some minor service which wasn’t handled well. Coffee pod restock (no decaf). No coffee cups. Kleenex box was empty. Towels and soap removed. Towels were not replaced. Breakfast buffet was good though not great.”

“First, they accused my husband of smoking in the room over the phone so without even entering the room and also after seeing him outside smoking and asking him then to complete check in procedure since we arrived after normal check in the night before. We are a black family so draw your own conclusions not to mention we have a 5yr old with asthma in our room as well..but ok. The room itself wasnt too bad. “The bathroom smelled like pee. It was dirty and you could still see hair in the shower. The beds we made but it looked like the sheets were not changed from previous guest as there was hair on the sheets and pillows of one of the beds. The room had a pee and moisture smell that stayed in your clothes. We ended up leaving and stopping at another hotel to shower and get some actual rest. While staff where very nice the actual property needs a lot of work”
