“I liked the room itself. It was spacious and clean. The staff was great and helpful. The breakfast was great everyday. The only complaint is the lack of lighting and the remote control. Othe than that, it was a great room.”

“This was the worst hotel stay we’ve ever had. It smelled bad, was not clean with exception of bed sheets. There was barely a drizzle of water to shower. There was no remote in the room and took 2 hours for them to bring us one that did not work and we were charged an extra $100 on checking due to booking with Expedia. The breakfast was awful as well. It was a horrible experience and we didn’t stay our second night”

“They were completely unreasonable and rude about me not being there at checkout time due to being 8 months pregnant and having a med emergency that lead me to the hospital while I was out loading my card to pay for another night, due to this and my guest whose name wasn't on room or deposit (only listed as 2 guests on room) and there failure to make sure he was out by whatever time it is before they charge you a full $50! Which is by the way about the cost for the room. They clearly just wanted……
