"They couldn’t find our reservation due to Expedia, there was someone else’s trash in our room when we got to our room, the room wasn’t the room I reserved, I asked for a bathtub and there was a dirty shower, the ice bucket had water in it from the previous guest. I will say the staff was very nice and offered us a free breakfast which was not worth the $18 we would’ve had to pay to eat there. "

"The room was very clean, but no one came to clean the room while we stayed or to refresh towels. We had to asl for clean towels. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not eat at all on property. We didn't visit the pool area because the pool was closed and the hot tub had too many kids due to pool being closed. The fire pit area was nice! "

"The staff were polite & helpful at check in. The lounge on the 2nd floor does get loud on weekends but we didn’t notice the noise in our 3rd floor room. It is an older hotel that has had a much needed facelift. Our room was clean, beds comfy, and quiet. Several electrical outlets did not work or were too loose to hold phone chargers. Breakfast was great~ waffles, fruit, danish, biscuits & gravy, juice, milk, yogurt, ham/sausafe-were some of options. Kitchen staff were quick to replenish food and keep the area clean. The breakfast area was roomy and nice. It was easy access to major roads/highways and close to restaurants."

"The room was worn out. Lamp shades ripped, finials that hold them in place missing, stains on chairs, tears in the upholstery, no cleaning until I requested and then it was haphazardly done. I am angry we were charged the rate we had to pay. It was worth about $50. Very disappointed."

"Great hotel and trip! However we did not get any housekeeping or clean up of room in four days."

"We paid for a room with two queen beds but when we arrived the staff member stated that “he” had tried to figure it out but they didn’t have anymore two bed rooms. Instead of calling us and allowing us to cancel or reimburse us for the extra amount we paid to have two beds it was just an “oh well” deal with it. There were 4 of us including our oldest daughter who is 23 weeks pregnant. It was a last minute booking due to a death in our family so we were already worn thin and then this was not a place of rest and recharging for the traveling we needed to do the next day. I asked for a roll away bed and we were given the most disgusting roll away bed I have ever seen. The lady at the front desk was the only nice thing about the hotel. She brought us the extra sheets and blankets we requested. The room itself smelled horrible and musty/damp. The carpet was filthy. The shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was an all around awful experience to add to the sadness we were already feeling with traveling for a funeral."

"Over all it was a good stay. Our rooms bathroom could have been cleaner (used rubber bands on the floor and hair on the wall in the shower) The staff was friendly and the pool was warm. Breakfast was nothing special but it was free and eatable, except the French toast, it was rock hard. "

"where to start the sheets were thread bare you could actually see.through them.The towels were the same. My card to get into the building and room rarely worked without going back to the desk to get it reset. Breakfast consist of mostly things in a Continental breakfast not a hot breakfast. The hotel is not in a good neighborhood,lots of homeless walking around."
