"We absolutely LOVED every aspect of this place. Air conditioning ran ice cold which helped a lot during the heat wave. The beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked for a VRBO. The pool was perfect and the view spectacular. The hosts were kind and responded quickly to any inquiries. The walk up to the house is hard if you don’t have a car but you get used to it quickly and honestly I would walk three times as far for that view of the lake. Will definitely stay here again!"

"Good value for money and friendly host. I would give it 3.5 stars. The property has a lovely garden and view of the lake but best suits someone with a car as there is a limited bus timetable to and from Varenna and is not suitable for walking. We travelled in October so perhaps there may be better transport options in the summer months. The room had everything we needed but could do with some updating."

"This is the most beautiful home I have ever seen. The views are breathtaking, the hosts were amazingly helpful, and the house itself is unbelievably nice. This is a 5 star plus property. The kids loved the pool, we loved the gardens. And it is an easy bus ride to Bellagio, the most beautiful city on earth. I cannot say enough to explain how extremely gracious and blessed we were to stay at this property."

"The villa was very beautiful, was easy to get to and from varenna. Communication with the host was super easy and she was super lovely. There were quite a few stairs to the top tho!"
