"Monica and Paolo were amazing, they are great communicators and their place was spotless and modern, exactly like the pics. We stayed in 5 different places during our vacation in Italy, their’s was the best out of all of them. "The room was really clean & cute & a great view! The staff was very kind, gave us a ride to the ferry when we were leaving and lots of great suggestions of what to do with our day. Easy to reach on the bus from Bellagio but not a very easy walk"

"Unbeatable views but that's about it. No elevator. Had to lug all of our luggage upstairs ourselves. No help from the staff. Rooms are incredibly outdated and dilapidated. The TV is smaller than my laptop. The shower is the size of a shower on a cruise ship. The restaurant on property is just ok. They try too hard to serve fancy food instead of sticking to a traditional, simple Italian menu. If it wasn't for the incredible view it would have been a total bust."

"My wife and I had a wonderful experience here! Everything was perfect! It was peaceful, good restaurant close by, the free breakfast was delicious and fresh. Most of all our host Laura was fantastic! She communicated with us from the time we booked until the time we checked out. She was so pleasant and helpful! I highly recommend this place and will certainly come back here!"
