"We stayed here in late October 2026 and I want to share honest feedback that I hope is useful to the host.Cozy and cute place inside, the hosts were very nice and quick to reply. The location is a rather hard to arrive to.The hot water was unreliable for our entire stay. Most days the showers were cold, and on the days when hot water did come through, it was on and off. "We had a wonderful stay at Tierra Viva Ollantaytambo! The service was excellent, and the staff members were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. The breakfast buffet offered a decent selection of food, although replenishing items and turning over tables could have been a little quicker during busy periods. Overall, a very pleasant experience with outstanding hospitality. The staff truly made our stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ollantaytambo!
