Property includes : a spacious modern gorgeous Bathroom with Shower, Washing Machine, Jacuzzi bath with TV, an astonishing hallway leading to : A Master Bedroom entirely built , engineered and designed just for your comfort. The Luxury Bedroom includes a looking floating King size bed with unusual modern ceiling along with a large storage and generous sitting area to enjoy the Shannon river view. A second room having a relaxation space at the basement with tv and view on the river with a double bed on top for a special experience. Please note : you need to go up the stairs to go to the bed. (Not suitable for adults with mobility challenges). A Large premium top quality Kitchen with all the cooking facilities (Cooker, Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Bean to cup coffee Machine, Large American Fridge, Large storage area). And …. ......The MASTERPIECE ! Thought and planned by a talented proven Designer and Builder in the UK and throughout Ireland …. The Living Room ! This Beautiful Room is a well-balanced combination of squares and round shapes along with smart lighting bringing you to a totally different world and dimension. The immersion is so great that once you penetrate that room, you totally forget about where you are ! The space has a specially designed sitting area with storage, a 75 inches TV (that includes free channels in many different languages, huge selection of movies and per view events) and with Luxurious comfortable looking ground floor (so soft that you can actually lie down anywhere on it). Please note that the living room including a large sitting /bed area. This is where the 5th person will comfortably sleep with a light mattress.
