“The room was clean but it wasn't prepare for our arrival. The check-in proccess was a mess, the reservation was not registered and there was no one to help. We called the campus security who went quickly but didn't have the information as he didn't received it from the reception staff. The location was far from the bus stops, so the walking was very long and heavy considering the luggage.”

“The owners, Shane and Sinead, could not be more welcoming or helpful. The B&B is full of pleasant touches, including an in-room Nespresso machine and fresh fruit and cold water upon arrival. The beds are comfortable, the shower hot with good pressure, and the breakfast is delicious. Could not rate this place more highly. Also, Bunratty is a fun stop with the Folk Park and castle, and a few good restaurants. Perfect place to start or end your visit to Ireland on your way in or out of Shannon……

“This is a great place to stay for tourists or business visits. Friendly staffs, good breakfast, cozy room, clean towels, what else will we expect for more? ;-) Only suggestion is the unstable WiFi connection in the corner room in the evening.”

“I arrived and had to stand and wait while the front desk staff did something for their change of shift and paid no attention to me whatsoever. When it was brought to their attention, I was waiting. I had an attendant look at me asked me if something was wrong with me and then say it’s a shift change will be with you shortly. I said there for approximately 15 minutes. I attempted to call room service to have dinner before an event. I went to that night. They did not answer the phone. I went to……

“Camera molto spaziosa e ben arredata, fornita di due tavolini, un armadio con ripiani, set bagno, set bollitore con te, caffè, latte e biscottino. Buon livello di pulizia. Unica pecca è stata la temperatura della camera, poiché a causa dei midges e di qualche ragno, le finestre non si potevano aprire di notte. Magari la presenza di zanzariere avrebbe giovato. Personale super cordiale ed accogliente. Esterno con giardini curati. Un po' rumoroso il locale pub ristorante. Corridoi non proprio……
