“We had a great stay at this unit. The kitchen/living area was spacious and clean, the outdoor area was lovely and private, and the bbq joint next door was a huge bonus. We were traveling with our baby and needed a crib, which was mentioned in the listing but not in the unit when we arrived, but Kit was able to provide one very quickly.”

“Beautiful, clean cottage! Its recent renovation seems to me to have been done thoughtfully and skillfully. Loved being able to make our usual breakfasts in the full kitchen and the washer/dryer availability. We drove to Folly beach and downtown Charleston in less than 30 minutes from the cottage. Beautiful back yard. Small detail we really appreciated was how well the blinds and curtains worked, as we like feeling assured of privacy when we’re staying someplace new. “This was exactly as it was listed, finding it was a little difficult since it sits behind anonther house. Location was excellent for what all we had planned, short drives to it all! House was very clean, well taken care of and welcoming, perfect for my husband and i! Hosts were amazing at communicating and quick to repsonse to any questions that werent even related to their property! We will definitely come back to this charming cottage! ”

“Loved our stay! Quiet, cool, relaxing! Interior staircase could be an issue if one is not able-bodied, but exterior stairs are straightforward and a good way to bring in overnight bags. Lovely, cozy space to relax after a day of sightseeing and shopping. We parked our vehicle, utilizing provided parking permits, and walked everywhere we wanted to go. Perfect location south of Broad!! Definitely recommend!!”
