“We felt at home as soon as we walked through the door. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was the best we've ever been to. Plenty of tasty food for everyone.”

“The staff was great. The property was old, but clean. No hot breakfast except for waffles. I felt it was overpriced.”

“The staff were NOT friendly at all. I had to go down to the service desk 2 times just to get sheets for the pullout bed. There was a pill in the floor when we came into our room. The breakfast was awful. It said over 200 options and that’s a lie! They had no milk so we had to eat dry cereal. We will NEVER stay here again or recommend this nasty place to anyone.”

“I stayed here almost a week, while visiting the Charleston area. Summerville is about 30 min north of Charleston so keep that in mind if you are doing tourist things or heading to the beaches. The room was clean and had everything I needed, hot and cold breakfast items provided each morning (and extensive breakfast hours - no need to get up too early). Parking is free and I never had trouble getting a spot. This hotel is close to I-26 and also very convenient to numerous chain restaurants,……

“First time staying at this Best Western and was very happy from the start. The staff was excellent, very polite, and always willing to help. This even includes the cleaning staff. Alway smiling and courteous.. The morning breakfast was always good, and I really enjoyed the 24 hour coffee. My only complaint is about the maintenance of the room. There was a burned out light bulb above the bathroom sink. Easy enough to replace but it never was. The toilet also had trouble flushing. Staff……

“We came back to our hotel room one afternoon to realize there were no parking spots available. When we called the front desk we were told there was an event happening and we (the paying guest at what we thought was our home away from home) were told to park in remote parking. Essentially the event people were given priority over guests. This is not acceptable behaviour for a hotel. We will not be staying at a Hilton property in the future.”

“We were always greeted when we came in and sometimes when we left. Everything was clean and well kept. There were plenty of choices for breakfast. The bathroom was roomy and bright. Could’ve used a make up mirror though. We would definitely stay here again!”
