This is absolutely one of the dirtiest hotels I've possibly been in. I hate to say this but it's almost the same as how my 9-year-old cleans. We basically just sweep it up and push all of the dirt over to one side or not do it at all and try to cover it up with something or? Quite honestly the way they seem to be doing it is dim the lights so no one can see it. Both stair were absolutely horrendous covered in dog hair. hay, dirt, grass and everything everywhere. The hallway on the other end just as bad it was the same on every floor. There was stains all along the carpet. It was dirty just as the elevator and all entryways of everything that I could see.
Upon entering our room I found multiple areas where nothing had been vacuumed there was dust everywhere. Every towel that we had was dingy and dirty. The mattress itself had stains all over it. Once I pulled the sheet back you could see that they were trying to hide it.
The bathtub had hair in it. There were spiders crawling and I also found boogers as well as a box of used astroglide "personal lubricant" This was near the head part of our bed. I actually was able to see the boogers when I moved the pillows which led me to see the open box of Astroglide there.
Literally, I was pretty upset that I paid for anything that facility offered. And even more upset that the services that were offered and rendered were absolutely terrible.
