Friendly staff welcomed us throughout our stay. The property was updated and very clean. The only negative I can find is the same negative with every hotel...hotel pillows are just not good. But that's common to every hotel.

Great place to stay on my last trip. Great value

I had booked my room on the incorrect date. I was devastated. They were very quick to try and find me a room. They were completely booked. I left and went out to my car to try and find somewhere else to stay. They ran out and told me they were able to find 1 room available and it was mine if I wanted it. The young lady went way above and beyond to help me with my own error. I was very shocked with how kind they were to me.

Clean. For the price breakfast should have been included

Nice hotel considering around the corner the rooms are double. It’s an older property. The parking lot has a pothole. The breakfast was fair. Bagels, biscuits and gravy, apples, oranges, juice, oatmeal and tiny cinnamon rolls. They had a waffle machine also. The room was small, clean and comfortable. I’d stay again but there’s other newer hotels in Jefferson City.

Very pleasantly surprised. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. We have young children so cleanliness is very important to us. We can’t handle the slightest smell of smoke or mildew, so luckily that was not an issue here. The room smelled like fresh linen upon entering (not like the synthetic air fresheners. It was absolutely the linens themselves), and it was immaculate throughout. No frills and modest as far as decor but for any standards it was a nice, safe, clean, comfortable...

The owner's Linda and Larry were very friendly and accommodating. The room was comfy and cool. Their is a couple cute 17 year old animals at the house; Milly the dog and Hello Kitty (who stays outside). Breakfast was tasty and they left a complementary bottle of wine in the mini fridge for us to enjoy. Hermann was a great time!

Yes! The room was beautiful. Very clean. Beth was an amazing hostess, and the breakfast hit the spot. I highly recommend the stay, and when I return, I will do the same B&B. Thanks, Beth!

Very nice clean hotel. Our only wish is that the pool would be open a little later like other hotel near by this one.

With the virtual staff, I was able to easily access my room. Room was very contemporary and comfortable. The only issue was very noisy neighbors who partied late into the night.

Unbelievable, Fantastic, Friendly/Helpful Staff. Beautiful Inn, setting, scrumptous food,-fun cheese/bread/wine welcome tray, chocolate muffins ice cream goodnight treat. Many very thoughtful reminders to be kinder humans. Owners definitely expressed more than just owning a business. They thought of almost every detail to make a memorable stay.

Krenda Carleton GM demonstrates awesome customer service.

It was delightful! I was visiting some legislators the next morning so I just needed to stay one night, and it was perfect. The breakfast was a nice touch, and the room was spacious and clean.

Enormous room, very nice front desk lady.

Our stay at the Grain Bins was excellent! The spaces were exactly as described! Everything was very clean and well appointed. Communication was great. We especially enjoyed relaxing around the fire pit. Homemade breakfast each morning was such a nice touch! Added bonus: The Hermann trolley was able to pick us up and drop us back off at the end of the day. Highly recommend staying at the Hermann Grain Bins and hope to stay again in the future!

Our host mentioned he does not receive messages from Expedia postings. So if you are not receiving check-in information, you might want to find another way to contact them. The property is lovely. The Treehouse was perfect for my granddaughter and me.
