“I stayed at Selina three years ago and had such a wonderful experience, which is why I chose to return this year. Unfortunately, this stay was really disappointing in comparison.
Although the hostel advertises itself as a social space, we were informed just the day before arrival that it is moving away from that concept. While that’s understandable, it would have been better to communicate this much earlier, as it was a big part of why we booked.
