“The hotel is clearly still going through teething problems, so I would expect issues for the next 2–3 months while things settle. What I found difficult to accept was not just any problem itself, but the lack of acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused to guests. For example, there was a serious leak that required the water mains to be shut off. The message to guests was essentially, “We have called the utility company and it should be sorted eventually.” That may explain the situation, but……

“The property is well situated, spotless, comfortable and the staff and breakfast were very good. There aren't any fancy facilities but well equipped gym for a quick work out for the day. Usual hairdryer, toiletries provided. Room cleaned every day and beds and towels replaced. Only one small thing is the rooms aren't huge but its a city break so perfectly adequate.”
