“Checking in was very smooth. The hotel contacted me in advance and was ready for our arrival. Checked us in, helped with our luggage and gave us some very useful local insights to the restaurants nearby. During our stay they even gave us a nice surprise, to help us enjoy the wonderful city and area even more. We had a balcony overlooking the street to ourselves, though we didn't use it, as it was way too hot outside, but it was still nice to know we had one to use, if we wanted. The location……

“The property is located in a corner of very steep hills, and the streets are private, so cabs are not able to take you in front if hotel. With luggage, its a bit of a hike. However all over Lisbon, its the same terrain. The hotel front desk is not 24 hr, however we arrived early and hotel staff was there to greet us and allowed us to check in early! The staff is super nice, accommodating, and helpful. The hotel is small, only 4 guest rooms. Our room fit 3 of us, and has doors that lead right……
