“In several encounters, the staff were proactive and ultra-helpful. Kassia even read my requirement for stair-free access and rebooked my room accordingly. Unfortunately, there is no elevator to the second floor. The room was freshly renovated, with custom cabinetry and bathroom touches. The outlets above the hanging night stands were especially nice. “This stay was a homecoming for me, since my parents had lived right on the St. Lawrence, and nearly the entirety of my late mom's family still live nearby. The area is largely agricultural, with many dairy farms and green pastures. It is a truly beautiful part of NY State and we were very much looking forward to getting back there to visit. We were not disappointed. The property is very nice -- extremely clean and well maintained, with a GREAT bed! The property owner, Ali,is extremely pleasant……
