"My air-conditioning did not work. The refrigerator did not work. I made two requests for repair or replacement. They said they couldn't help the problem in my room. I asked for new room. They responded with no because all rooms were booked. However, the property never appeared full according to parking. Apartment next to property had party in every room the night i stayed."

"First off, no matter how many days you stay, there is no maid service, so you are on your own for new towels, toilet paper etc. The rooms are old and the mattress is cheap but not impossible to sleep on The most important thing to note is that for whatever reason, they don’t have lights on the exterior in the outdoor “halls.” It’s literally dark, so you really on moonlight or street lights. It’s weird and it’s disconcerting. I’ve never seen anything like it. "

"I stayed for a night with my wife, The staff were very nice, they told us that the motel was opened 2 month ago Under new management, and everything was remodeled, No wonders everything was nice and clean. We also learned that they have a greet weekly rate, much chipper than the daily We will defiantly stay there again, maby next time we will plan it for a week!"

"The best little bungalow in Historic Tampa. This was a cozy and quaint place. It had all the amenities we needed and then some. The pool was a special touch although we could not enjoy it due to the weather. Would stay here again."
