“The room they apply is not the room I choose”

“I'm sure it would be fine after renovating but now. the first floor is a concrete zone. sent a email about no pool, food or fitness ont the way to the hotel, dust, room was in a bad conditon. microwave breakfast sandwich for 12 dollars. staff did what they could but. bottom 3 worst hotels ever.and the other two had bullet proof glass in the lobby.”

“We were very happy with the check in process and the room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint is how loud the air conditioner was when it would come on and off! Woke us up all night!”

“This hotel was perfect for a 3 day trip. The front desk staff was always helpful, especially recommending dinner options. The neighborhood is nice and very walkable. The room was spacious and clean, we loved the mini bar and snack box. Parking was easy, no need to use the valet, there were always open spots. I would absolutely stay again.”

“Very close and centralized to places I want to see, the market, walking distance to the bay, restaurants”

“I was charged for $45/night for VIP parking, and I have the receipts and the stubs, yet I still received two $55 parking tickets from the lot management. I will not be revisiting this property.”

“There was no room for us when we arrived. We did try and contact them days before but got no answers b how to check in. The outside of the bldg. Is worn down. Think we were better off not staying there.”

“Is great property but be very careful on location of unit. The external doors are very loud when they open and close and if you are close it will disturb you thru night. Everything else was so great though. That was really our only complaint. I highly recommend it, just pay attention to location of unit.”
