"I had a great experience with all of the staff except Jennifer. She was very rude and unhelpful. The hotel is nice. There is no free breakfast, and all food options are quite expensive."

"I didn’t complain since our time was limited there, but in our room our floor seemed very damp and almost sticky. Our bathroom was pretty dirty. And my biggest complaint is that our bed had a mattress that obviously needed to be replaced it was completely concave, it went down a lot in the middle. It was horribly uncomfortable to sleep on. My kids enjoy the waterpark though, but it has went downhill since it first opened. "
