"I had high expectations for this all-inclusive hotel, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. First, the room itself was unacceptable. It had a strong moldy smell that never went away, and the bathroom constantly smelled like sewage. On top of that, one of the curtains was broken, which just added to the feeling that the room was poorly maintained and neglected. The AC doesn’t work properly. One night, a building alarm went off in the middle of the night and created a stressful situation. It took about 15 minutes for security to turn it off. There was no sense of urgency or communication with guests during this time. The overall service was also lacking. The majority of the staff appeared unhappy, rarely smiled, and did not create a welcoming atmosphere. It felt like guests were more of an inconvenience than a priority. Nataly was the ONLY 5 star employee that truly should be used as a model for ALL employees here. The food situation was equally underwhelming. The buffet served nearly identical food every single day, with only one or two items changing. Variety is expected at an all-inclusive resort, and this fell far short. The hibachi restaurant, Hitsimatsu, was particularly concerning. Not only do you have to make reservations, but they consistently run 20–30 minutes late and don’t follow their own fixed menu. More importantly, there were clear cross-contamination issues: the same utensils were used for cooked vegetables..."

"Loekie is the best hostess. So warm and helpfull. Don't mis the home made breakfast, made fresh every morning. We loved the tranquillety at the landhuis and the beautiful sunsets. You feel at home. "

"I would definitely stay again at this property. There were five us (2 adults, 2 teens and a 1 1/2 year old) and there was a enough space for us. We did a slight issue with a smell in the small bedroom, but it was manageable. Our toddler was able to sleep in a pack in play in the closet in the main bedroom, giving her a little privacy. The pool was great, it has a kiddie pool portion, and the private beach was easy to get to, pretty, and nice to have. But we loved the balcony most - spending our mornings and evenings there, and the less than 5 minute talk to Mambo Beach and the Aqurium were perfect for our family. It was easy to get out, get food, rent beach chairs on the beach, etc. Also having our own parking spot was nice so we could easily park after exploring the island. The staff was wonderful - super responsive and helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed this place and would come back. "

"After staying at this facility over the weekend I would rate it a 6/10. I stayed in one of the suites which was nice and clean. Anyone traveling and staying there would just need to bring an adapter to be able to plug in there electronics for charging. My wifi and tv also either went in and out or just remained completely off (the last night). Luckily i was too tired to care anymore. I requested the VIP transfer from the airport. When i arrived no one was initially there waiting with a sign. Eventually i found someone and had to wait another 15-20 mins for my taxi. My VIP transfer did not seem worth the money since it was a regular SUV that included my driver vaping and eating while i prayed we get there safely. The food at the cabana was delicuous my first day but my last day it was terrible and it took forever to make ams receive. Some of the staff members are very friendly and go out there way to assist while others attempt to do as little as possible and not very helpful at all. "

"Absolutely amazing! Huge resort with astonishing beach views and amenities. Great restaurants, bars, pools, all on the beach. Stunning! My one recommendation would be the doors. They slam very loudly and will awaken you while sleeping."

"Cafe on site was amazing! The location is fantastic and the property and amenities were wonderful! The overall atmosphere is laid back and welcoming and they took great strides to meet all our needs. Best relaxing stay!"

"Excepcional lugar Personal SUPER AMABLE. Servicio muy bueno. Tiene playa privada de arena blanca. Mar turquesa lleno de peces donde se puede hacer esnórquel . Mar tranquilo pues está en un canal natural. Suficientes camastros para todos los huéspedes. El lugar estaba lleno y nunca hubo limitaciones. Cuarto es pequeño, pero tiene una terraza grande. Ambiente familiar Muy cerca( walking distance): Aquario Curazao, centro de buceo y centro comercial Mambo y Mambo beach. Tres quejas: Antes de 10:30 am solo se puede desayunar en buffet, el cual es caro. A la carta solo ha desayuno después de esa hora. Eso puede ser un problema. Nuestra habitación 2106, estaba en frente del cuarto para el servicio. Esto hacía mucho ruido temprano en la mañana. Aire acondicionado del cuarto un poco más ruidoso de lo óptimo. A pesar de eso, totalmente recomendado."

"Good breakfast, good rooms. Would have scored higher but sunbed situation is a joke. Not enough for the number of guest but 16 sat empty everyday as they were under palpas which the hotel wanted to charge $50 to rent…not surprisingly nobody ever rented one!!"
