"Yes there were activities for all ages. Staff were very hospitable and sweet.My room. A beautiful view of the breath taking beach. Some things are out dated in the room such as the dresser cabinets needed minor repairs and shower curtain kept falling down. Otherwise everything else was superb. Thank you for an amazing time and memories."

"The young lady who checked us in was amazing and very kind and helpful. I did not get her name but she had short blond hair. She was great. There were also several other employees who went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Chunalies greeted us with a warm smile and graciousness from our first encounter until we left. She exemplified excellent customer service and a few others should follow her lead . She was very engaging and made sure we had whatever we requested! Rachel at the bar beside the pool was nice as well. Jayden was helpful as well. Kendrick started off ok but as the days wore on we seemed to be more of a nuisance to him as opposed to valued customers. He has to do better! Raja at the omelet station was nice and helpful every encounter. Georgia who worked the buffet was nice, so was the other young lady with the reddish hair . I did not get her name unfortunately. The manager at the buffet a young lady was very accommodating and ensured that we had everything we need. Her name may have been Shawntell. On the other hand Kristy who worked the buffet either two or three nights seemed less than concerned about our needs. In fact she continued to walk pass us pretty much ignoring our requests for drinks. Her customer service skills were abysmal at best. I’m not sure of how the culture is but we are used to being served drinks during our meal. At a minimum water should have been offered Even that was too much for her. She seemed to be annoyed that we were there."

"The pool was enjoyable, limited seating around the main pool. We didn’t realize until the last day that there is a silent pool with seating to the side of the 2nd building. Bars were all amazing, no issue getting drinks. 24/7 soda, juice, water, ice available. Snack bar with hotdogs, burgers, fries, chicken nuggets, ice cream open most of the day. Buffet was actually good for resort food. Major thing is you have to make dining reservations for specialty dining at 8am the day before if you want options, otherwise you might not get one. Staff was okay, nothing super friendly but felt safe around them. Beach was nice. "

"Everything is nearby. Clean room. Buffet breakfast is exquisite. Smoothie bar was a plus. The surrounding restaurants are superb. No complaints. Walking distance to everything even to place biseu, lemon beach etc"

"We have had the best vacation staying at Kontiki Curacao Beach Resort. Over the years, we have traveled to many countries and stayed at multiple hotels and resorts. However, none of the places we stayed before has shown as much love, attention, and quality of service as the management team here at Kontiki. The staff here is amazing. The food is superb. The beach is crystal clear blue. The beach and entire resort is clean and well kept. I recommend this resort to anyone who loves tropical nature, beaches, live concerts, and having a good time. 10/10"

"The property is on a Central location which was plus but very noisy with Club Cascada which is very busy makes it not very comfortable with the noise and business. Restaurants on property very busy as well. Room was clean but toilet was broken, water marks on bathroom counter. Bed comfortable which was a plus. Little encounter with staff. Ate off property for meals"

"Rooms are horrible tubs are chipping and I had the preferred club which means top shelf drinks . First let me start off saying the food was nasty as hell, in the morning for breakfast & lunch can’t enjoy your food. There are flies everywhere & birds disgusting . When you get up to get a drink you have to cover the plate with napkins. I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all . Food on the beach horrible frozen hamburger patties Frozen chicken wings .staff at the hotel definitely favor Caucasians . I can write a book on this Hotel in just a short stay . RIDICULOUS "
